Aiphone MPS Mid Power Intercom
The Aiphone MPS mid power intercom is designed for sites that require a loud speaking intercom system with more volume. The MPS mid power intercom has a power output of one two and a half watts.
The MPS master stations can be connected to 8 ohm horn speakers, ceiling sub stations or desk mount sub stations. The LESS vandal proof door station is also suitable for use with the MPS master stations which is an ideal choice for noisy vehicle or truck entrances.
Applications also include petrol and service stations for communication to the customers at the petrol pump.
There are two models of master station in the Aiphone MPS mid power intercom range.
- Aiphone MP1S mid power master station with a single call button.
- Aiphone MP3S mid power intercom station with three call buttons.
The MPS mid power intercom system requires a 12 volt DC power supply at 1 amp.
There are two sub stations available for use with the MPS mid power intercom.
- Aiphone AS3A desk or wall mount sub station.
- Aiphone AS3N ceiling mount sub station. (requires a NPB call switch)
An 8 ohm horn speaker can also be connected to the MPS mid power intercom; a NPB call switch will be required.
NOTE the MPS system requires the installation of shielded cabling. Failure to install shielded cabling will affect the operation of this system. Please contact us prior to installing any cabling to ensure the correct type of wiring is being installed.
